AltoSopranoPhillip Solomon Stewart grew up in Miami, Florida but has family roots in St. Ann and Kingston Jamaica, which is where he fell in love with music. Phillip became a proficient saxophone and oboe player, which earned him a music scholarship to attend Florida A&M University. Phillip owns KINGP Entertainment, where as KINGP, he is a music producer, artist, and songwriter and operates with the motto “Uplifting Communities and Inspiring Lives through Music”. He has an impressive resume, including opening for Tank and Atlantic Starr last year and recording on the song Woozy from Ludacris’ album, Release Therapy. He has also released six independent albums, including a two-disc smooth jazz/hip hop-inspired project called Cruisin/On the Job and two gospel albums, I Need You Now and Stand.

Check out his cover of Jesus is Love from his I Need You Now album and two original songs, Come and Go With Me and Sweet Talk from Cruisin/On the Job below.
